A good designer will increase your exposure to what is available, help you narrow choices to what is right for you and save you time and money.

We offer a full range of design services, including:

  • Interior design: Every client is unique and therefore every project is unique. Whether you need help with one room or your entire home or business, we will listen to you, help you organize your thoughts and budget, and then work with you to create a unique solution. A design proposal may include new paint colors, new furniture, window treatments, changing light fixtures or hundreds of other interior options. Once the design solutions are finalized, the scope of our work may include specifying the solutions to you for your purchasing, or providing all products and services to implement the final solution. We offer a “turn-key” service.

  • New home construction consultation: We are often hired by homeowners to help guide them through the long selection process faced when building a home. During this “journey” the homeowners will be asked to make hundreds of decisions regarding the selections of material, finishes, and details of design. We help coordinate all aspects of the design solution. This may include:

  • Review and critique of the architect or builder’s plans. Having “another pair of eyes” to review plans and help ensure that the spaces and details accommodate your specific goals.
  • Work with you to select and specify the exterior materials and finishes.
  • Work with you to select and specify the interior materials and finishes (i.e. flooring, window treatments, cabinetry, counter tops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, interior doors, and door hardware.)
  • Create furniture layouts. Not only is it important to verify that the spaces will accommodate the furniture and proposed functions of the room but furniture plans also help to finalize the lighting and electrical requirements of each space.
  • Design of custom interior details. We specialize in design of custom fireplace surroundings, stair railing designs and interior millwork detailing. Coordinating these details with door styles, trims, and millwork will create a very unique home.
